About.
For more than 20 years, I've worked at the intersection of music, culture, creative direction, and operations.
I came up in Los Angeles as a kid who found his place around the music rather than on the mic. I was drawn to the people, stories, and visuals that shape how creative ideas reach the world. Long before I held an executive title, I was studying the architecture around the art.
That curiosity became a career spanning early digital culture, artist development, and more than a decade at Top Dawg Entertainment, where I grew from an early creative and operational contributor into General Manager. During that time, I helped lay the foundation for the label's growth while shaping the creative direction, strategy, and execution of work involving Kendrick Lamar, SZA, ScHoolboy Q, Jay Rock, Ab-Soul, Isaiah Rashad, SiR, and many others. That work contributed to projects, campaigns, and experiences recognized across music and culture.
My work has always lived between creative vision and execution: connecting people, building systems, shaping ideas, and protecting the details that allow ambitious work to reach its full potential.
Talent can create a moment. Infrastructure is what allows that moment to travel, scale, and last.
